Our story

From labor and sand to landmark infrastructure.

Musaad Al-Saleh began in the 1930s as a supplier of labor and sand. He built up and strengthened his activities by acquiring his own supply capabilities, and over the following decades grew MSS into a major infrastructure and re-construction specialist.

Projects included power plants, complex industrial zone layouts accessible by major highways — handed over to government bodies — alongside residential and commercial complexes throughout Kuwait. No matter how difficult or challenging a project might be, MSS, with its expertise, has handled it.

Musaad Al-Saleh Sons Co. Ltd. focuses on giving every client the personal attention their project requires. The company is staffed with certified project managers and technicians with a wide variety of experience in building construction, service, and emergency calls.

1930sFounded as a supplier of labor and sand for Kuwait's early infrastructure push.
1970First major infrastructure project: Abdullah Al-Salem & Al-Nuzha suburbs.
1975Expands into Iraq — Kirkouk gas-turbine power plant civil works, Lake Razzazeh drainage.
1982Delivers MSS Commercial & Residential Complex, Benid Al Gar.
1996Design-builds Civil ID Headquarters in Surra for the Ministry of Public Works.
2000Design-builds & maintains Arafjan Camp for the U.S. Corps (M.O.D).
2009Bayan Bilingual School delivered, marking a continued public-private build pipeline.
