Who we are

A Kuwaiti institution with deep roots and modern muscle.

Musaad Al-Saleh began supplying labor and sand in the 1930s. By the 1970s we were building highways, bridges, hotels, and power plants across Kuwait and Iraq. By the 2000s we were designing and executing Civil ID headquarters, training centres, and bilingual schools for the State of Kuwait.

Today MSS is a multi-discipline engineering contractor with sister companies in civil works, electrical, building industries, and computer services — a single point of accountability for complex public-sector builds.
